1. Who we are

This website, livefantasyduels.ai (the "Site"), is owned and operated by INVAI LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Site contains adult-oriented themes and is intended exclusively for adults. You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. By entering the Site through the age confirmation screen you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must leave the Site immediately.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site is a promotional and informational landing page for Live Duels, an interactive live entertainment feature available on Swipey (swipey.ai), an AI companion platform. The Site itself does not host live streams, chat, payments, subscriptions, or any user-generated content. All characters depicted or referenced on the Site are AI-generated, fictional, and portrayed as adults.

The Site does not offer user accounts. There is no registration, login, profile, purchase, or upload functionality on the Site. Any accounts, purchases, or interactive features are provided solely on swipey.ai and are governed by Swipey's own terms and policies.

4. Age gate and local storage

The Site uses a single sessionStorage flag in your browser to remember, for the duration of your browsing session only, that you confirmed you are 18 or older. This flag contains no personal information, is not used to identify or track you, and is deleted automatically when your browser session ends.

5. Analytics and UTM parameters

Outbound links from the Site to swipey.ai include UTM parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content). These parameters describe which page and which placement a click came from and are used for aggregate campaign measurement. They do not contain your name, email address, or any other personal identifier.

6. Third-party websites

The Site links to third-party websites, including swipey.ai and related promotional sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of swipey.ai is subject to Swipey's own terms of service and privacy policy, which you should review before using that platform.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, video, page design, and branding, is owned by INVAI LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not access the Site if you are under 18.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content from the Site.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INVAI LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INVAI LTD from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
